registration fee & supply fee

A non-refundable* $175 registration and supply fee is due once the application has been approved by the Director.  This fee is due within 48 hours of application approval in order to hold your child’s spot. If a student is placed on the waiting list due to full enrollment, the registration fee will not be charged until a spot becomes available.

Fine Arts Day (FAD) Only will have an additional, non-refundable* registration fee of $75. Registration for FAD only students is pending on the number of available spots AFTER Trinity Preschool students who attend 3-5 days have signed up. 


FAD-only student registration will begin in May, but a waitlist will open up on February 12. Students from other preschools/in the community may register for this Monday program. Trinity Students who attend the 3-day a week 3-year-old class OR the 4-day a week 4-year-old class may add on FAD at any time during the year if spots are available. Please contact the director about availability and pricing when you are ready to add the extra day for your student.

*Registration fees will not be refunded if your child is withdrawn from school unless there are extenuating circumstances such as military orders, job change, etc.  The Trinity Preschool Board will decide if a refund is to be made.


How to Register
  1. Click here to begin registration.
    You will be prompted to create a Brightwheel Account. Brightwheel is the platform we will be using for registration, forms, tuition payments, messaging, and alerts.

  2. Complete registration form and submit.

  3. Click here to upload an image of the student's birth certificate or bring a copy to the school upon completing the registration form. 

  4. Pay registration fee. Once the director approves your registration form, you will be sent an invoice to pay the registration fee online. Please email us if you would prefer to pay by check.

  5. Submit all the forms below to the director either online or in person as soon as possible, but no later than Aug. 1.

Once registration has been approved, you will receive links for the following forms:

  1. Virginia School Entrance Health Form/Immunization Record

  2. Pick-Up Authorization

  3. First Aid Policy

  4. Photo Release

Medical Forms

For students with life-threatening allergies or asthma, these forms must be completed & signed by a doctor. All emergency medications must be provided to the Director in the original packaging prior to the first day of school. Please contact the Director to receive the links to these forms.

  3. Medication Administration Form

All children in the 3- and 4-year-old rooms must be

potty trained (no pull-ups) by the time school begins in September.

This is the sweetest little preschool. By far the best in the area. The activities, field trips, and school gatherings are such a blast. I have never met such sweet and caring teachers until this school. Not to mention tuition is very reasonably priced. It has been a pleasure sending my girls here. Highly recommend!
